Problem

Why this hurts today

Adding the marketing team or a client to your bug tracker means another paid seat — and another set of permissions to maintain. Most teams give up and email screenshots back and forth, which means nobody ever sees the full conversation and nothing is auditable when a sign-off is questioned.

Solution

What AnchorMark does

AnchorMark gives every project unlimited guest reviewers. Guest activity is scoped, audited, and kept inside the workspace boundary. Per-organization tenant isolation means cross-tenant access is impossible by construction, and the personal sharing page lets a single reviewer see every project they've been invited to across organizations from one place.

Capabilities

What you get when you turn this on.

Per-org isolation

Every row carries an organization_id; cross-tenant access is impossible by construction.

Guest reviewer seats

Free, scoped reviewer accounts with magic-link sign in.

Roles and policies

Admin, member, and reviewer roles with override-able policy templates.

Audit log

Every privileged write is recorded immutably for compliance review.

Personal share view

Reviewers see every project they have access to across organizations from one personal page.

Cross-org collaboration

Two organizations can collaborate on a single project without merging workspaces or sharing billing.

Frequently asked questions

Are guest reviewers limited?
Guests can pin and comment but cannot change project settings or invite other members. For finer control, attach a custom user group to the share.
How is data kept separate between organizations?
Tenant ID is enforced at the route, query, and database row level. A cross-tenant smoke test runs in CI on every release so isolation cannot regress silently.
Can a guest belong to more than one organization?
Yes. Reviewers see every project they've been invited to from one personal page, regardless of which organization owns each project.
Do guest seats really stay free at scale?
Yes — magic-link guest reviewers are unlimited and free across all paid plans, including Agency-scale clients with hundreds of stakeholders.
Can I require sign-in for guest reviewers?
Yes. Magic-link guests authenticate via email; on Enterprise you can require workspace SSO so guests sign in through your identity provider via SSO/SCIM.
What if I need separate workspaces per client team?
Use multi-workspace within a single AnchorMark organization. Each workspace has its own branding via white-label, members, and projects, but billing rolls up to the parent org.
